Who we are
kenneys.net is run by Matt Kenney's Design Company LLC, doing business as Matt Kenney's Design Co. ("MKDC", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. Client work is covered separately by our Client Services Agreement.
Booking a call is not a contract
Booking an intro call, leaving your email, or receiving a recap or proposal doesn't create a contract or any obligation for either of us. A project starts only when you approve a written proposal and pay the deposit under the Client Services Agreement.
Site content
The text, design, code, images and logos on this site belong to MKDC or their owners. You may view the site and share links to it. Don't copy, scrape, reproduce or use the content commercially without written permission. Client work shown on the site belongs to those clients.
Wallpapers and downloads
Wallpapers on the site are free for personal, non-commercial use on your own devices. Don't resell them, share them as your own, or use them in products or advertising. They are provided as is, without warranty.
Easter eggs and fair use
Enjoy the easter eggs. Don't try to disrupt the site, get around its limits, submit spam, or probe it for vulnerabilities without asking us first.

If you are sensitive to flashing light or motion, including photosensitive epilepsy, turn motion off with the Motion control at the bottom of any page or your device's reduce motion setting before you continue, and stop using the site if you feel unwell. Our Accessibility page explains how. You choose whether to view the site with motion on.
